Spend a month in North Vietnam, November 2018. Daughter was assigned at the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi. Stayed with Hmung family for a week on the Laotian border. Traveled to Hue, DaNang, Peiku, Kontum, Dien Bien Phu. Attended the Marine Corps Ball in Hanoi. Returning after 52 years. People were gracious, receptive, a dynamic economic environment with much respect and laughter.
